I am a first-year Ph.D. student at Fudan University, affiliated with the Fudan Institute of Systems for Advanced Computing (FiSAC). I am advised by Prof. Tao Xie and Asst. Prof. Chen Bai. My research interests lie in AI for EDA, with a focus on digital back-end design automation and analog circuit design.

My recent research focuses on intelligent methods for electronic design automation, including agent-based physical design flows, LLM-assisted macro placement optimization, and AI-EDA methods for analog front-end flow optimization.

Before joining Fudan University, I worked as a jointly trained graduate student at the School of Integrated Circuits, Peking University from 2024 to 2026, where I was advised by Assistant Researcher Ling Liang and co-advised by Professor Yimao Cai. I received my M.Eng. degree in Integrated Circuit Engineering from Anhui University in 2026.

Research Interests

  • AI for EDA and LLM-assisted chip design automation
  • Macro placement, physical design, and timing closure
  • Analog design intelligence and automated design flows
